...of Charlie and Mike.

Mike can control electricity and he can also transform into it. I still need to think of how he got those powers and if it's needed, I have a scar design for him.. He used to be a gangster, you know, typical guys in New York saying "yo!". He was one of the best because of his speed, only a few knew about his powers. I wanted to make him "black" skinned so there wasn't any racism vibe in my characters.. but it would result a copy of a certain brown-skinned cartoon guy that uses electricity, wouldn't it? He hates being called "Michael".

Charlie is a merman that wanted to be a human because he couldn't integrate with his fellow mermen. He was exploring the seas when he found a human girl scuba-diving, she had awesome mind powers~ so she could communicate with him, heard his story and told him about the world above. Triton was such an ass that he kicked Charlie out because he was a nuisance. Alex (the girl) used her psychic powers~ to transform him into a human, a bit of a fail, but acceptable human. Gets scared when called "Charles".
